Manufacture
Every trophy from Tilia Craft is designed, manufactured, and finished in-house at our workshop in North Wiltshire. By managing design, production, and logistics under one roof, we ensure a seamless and flexible service tailored to your event’s needs. We carefully source premium materials from trusted suppliers and combine them with advanced manufacturing techniques to create exceptional, custom trophies that are truly worth celebrating.
Laser Cutting
We utilise cutting-edge laser technology to create intricate designs for our medals and trophies, allowing us to work with materials like wood, slate, and aluminium. This technology enables us to achieve clean, detailed shapes, custom designs, and layered effects, making each piece truly unique. Laser cutting ensures precision and consistency, producing high-quality awards that reflect craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Laser Engraving
At Tilia Craft, our laser engraving equipment provides a precise, professional finish on materials such as wood, slate, mirror, anodised aluminum, and more. Using intense heat, the laser alters or removes material to create sharp, high-contrast designs. The process allows for customisable depth and detail, resulting in permanent, abrasion-resistant engravings. Whether lightly etched or deeply marked, laser engraving ensures a lasting impression, making our engraved medals and trophies the perfect keepsakes to commemorate any achievement.
3D Printing
We use advanced 3D printers from Bambu Labs to produce vibrant, multi-coloured embellishments that enhance and layer our medals and trophies. This cutting-edge technology allows us to create intricate designs and fine details with precision, adding texture, dimension, and bold colours to our pieces. By incorporating 3D-printed elements into our creations, we can achieve a modern, eye-catching finish that complements the natural materials we use, such as wood and slate, making every award uniquely striking and memorable. Furthermore, we’re proud to use PolyTerra PLA in our hybrid medals and trophies. This eco-conscious 3D printing filament is made from bioplastic and comes with biodegradable properties, aligning perfectly with our commitment to the environment.
